Everybody has a weak point. For some, it may be the sense of physical touch, and for some it may be praise, and for some it may even be materials. For me, it’s words. Tell me something and I’ll believe it, just like that. I’m not talking about things that I can obviously tell is a joke, but I mean deep, emotional words. If you tell me once that you like me for who I am, I’ll believe you and think that you won’t ever hate me. If you give me the slightest hint that you don’t like me, I’ll keep away until you say something nice to me. I need to learn to separate people by actions, not by words. Don’t take me for granted, though. It’s easy to gain my trust, but hard to do it twice.
